Health & Safety

All works will be carried out with due care and attention with full regard to health & safety. Generic Risk & Method Statements can be provided on request for maintenance services. Job specific Risk & Method Statements will be provided for priced work.

All tradesmen will have undergone a Site Induction prior to carrying out any works on site.

In the case of hot works, a hot works permit will be completed along with the Clients company procedure and general work permits if required by the Clients policy

All skilled and technical tradesmen will have completed a recognised apprenticeship or gained necessary experience having also completed an NVQ and/or City & Guilds certificate. All electricians are NIC EIC registered.

As a main contractor we are able to provide a CDM coordinator for projects taking or 30 days or 500 man hours. Usually this will be included in the role of our Project Manager.
